
Ironbridge Property Owner's Association Dues
Living in a community like we do comes with costs and expenses. Our dues go towards maintenance of our common space, summer water irrigation use, our road repairs as needed, snow removal, our walking paths with pet stations and much more! Private access to Gold Medal fly fishing on the Roaring Fork River is just one of our amazing amenities that is hard to beat!

The local restaurant, The Kitchen, is public, but if you are a Club Member you do receive 10% off your bill and can be put onto your Club account.

If you are a Club Member, your monthly dues also includes use of the playground, basketball court, tennis courts, pickleball, the swimming pool, fitness center, cross country-skiing when enough snow and fishing ponds. The Club also offers many social events for the community, leagues, clinics, tournaments and the Ironbridge 18-Hole acclaimed golf course with a putting green and golf practice range.
