Governing Documents, Covenants and Policies

Our POA is governed by several important documents; the most frequently referenced are:

• The IPOA Bylaws – which describe how the POA conducts business (Executive Board duties, Conduct meetings, Hold elections)

 

• The Declarations of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements – recorded in your real estate ownership, these describe the rules to follow as a lot owner and resident in the community. Also see Rules and Regs for more detailed rules about your home

 

• The Ironbridge Resident Membership Agreement – The business contract between the POA on behalf of its individual members, and the Club Owner (Blue Heron Properties).  This states how members use the privately owned club facilities (pool, tennis, golf course, fitness center); the determination of monthly assessments (dues) paid to the Club; and the other obligations of both parties in this business relationship
