Design Review Board
Construction and Landscape Guidelines
The Design Review Board ("DRB") is a five-person Board Member team that utilizes Key Stone Management for DRB administration and professional home and landscape architects for their review process. The DRB is in place to ensure the building and construction in the Ironbridge development follow certain guidelines established. It also oversees any exterior changes of existing homes and landscaping as well.
After reviewing the referenced DRB Design Guidelines (revised April 2023), please reach out to Key Stone Management and contact Courtney Nel at email@example.com, or (970) 989-2227 on specific alterations to an existing property, landscape plans or changes to a home already part of our community.
